1. Usage

WaterLock is a wellness app designed to help you build healthy hydration habits by linking water intake to screen time access. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional health or medical advice.

2. Screen Time

WaterLock uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs to restrict app access. App blocking requires granting the necessary permissions during onboarding. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings. WaterLock is not responsible for any content accessed or missed during app restriction periods.

3. Subscriptions

WaterLock offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• Bimonthly: $19.99 every 2 months
• Yearly: $39.99 per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store Account Settings.

4. Disclaimer

WaterLock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your specific health or productivity goals. Hydration needs vary by individual — always consult a healthcare professional for personalised guidance.

5. Liability

Meraki Dimension is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including any issues arising from app restrictions or interrupted access to blocked applications.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
